Abstract Submission Guidelines

We welcome your contribution to NextGen Food & Health Tech 2026. Please carefully follow the guidelines below when preparing and submitting your abstract:

Submission Format: Use the submission form provided (refer to the format on the right side of the page). Note: Full papers will not be accepted.

Required Information:Title of your talk (mandatory), Summary of your presentation (maximum 300 words), Speaker biography, a high-resolution photograph, your organization’s logo.

Authorship Formatting: List co-authors and their affiliations below the abstract title in italics. The main author’s name should be underlined. The presenting author must be marked with an asterisk (*).

Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English.

Submission Format: Accepted file formats are MS Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF (.pdf). You may submit your abstract via email attachment to the official conference email address, or through the online submission portal.

Presentation Type: Please indicate whether your abstract is intended for an Oral Presentation, Keynote Talk, or Poster Presentation.

Poster Specifications: Presenting for a poster presentation, please note the required poster dimensions: 1meter (H) x 1 meter(W) (guaranteed size).

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your abstract. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the conference coordinator or your assigned ambassador.

File Size Note: Maximum file size for online abstract submission is 1 MB. Larger files should be submitted via email.
